Cycle Camp 2012

Cycle Camp 2012 provides 15 weeks of results driven cycling training.  Each week includes a 2-1/2 hour long ride and a 1-1/4 hour short ride.  Cycle Camp uses power (watt) based workouts that are easy to use and very effective for increasing ones ability to generate power on the bike.  It is a progressive schedule, each session building on the previous, starting with a baseline power assessment followed by workouts specifically designed to challenge the different muscle groups and energy systems.  With your membership you will receive weekly workout packages.
